If you are not completely satisfied with your 360-5 purchase, you may return it for any reason, except as explained below. An original sales receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges. Merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
No ingestibles, including but not limited to vitamins, food and beverages, and, no item from the skin care line, including but not limited to soaps, lotions and crèmes may be returned for any reason, except for container damage during shipping or the order was processed in error by Cleveland Clinic Wellness Enterprises LLC. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including CDs, DVDs, video games and software. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Returns with an original sales receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment. Returns or exchanges without a receipt will not be accepted. Merchandise purchased at 360-5.com must be returned at 360-5.com and cannot be returned at a 360-5 store. Likewise, merchandised purchased at a 360-5 store must be returned at a 360-5 store and cannot be returned at 360-5.com. Returned items paid for (fully or in part) with 360-5 Wellness Rewards will be given store credit. 360-5 reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
