Heather Nettle, MAHeather Nettle is an exercise physiologist and coordinator of exercise physiology services for Cleveland Clinic Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Mount Union and her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University. Her passion lies in educating people about their health and personal fitness goals. She helps runners reach their peak performance by focusing on body mechanics, injury prevention and appropriate training schedules. She has worked with patients of all ages to promote health and activity, including the Cleveland Clinic Fit Youth Program. Heather helps patients prevent and manage their chronic health limitations through exercise in Cleveland Clinic’s Preventive Medicine and Executive Health Departments. She is also dedicated to helping employers improve morale through health and fitness in the workplace, including here at the Cleveland Clinic, where she is actively involved with Employee Wellness. Her belief is that exercise makes the mind and the body work better, and keeps us young.
